Life Lesson

 Day: June 27, 2025

After coming back home, I thought everything was going to be normal. But after few days, I again started feeling weak and tired. My stomach was paining slightly and I was getting headaches too. At first I thought maybe it was just normal weakness after the sickness, so I ignored it. But slowly I realized that if we ignore small health issues, it can become a big problem later.

This time I didn’t want to take any risk. I went for another checkup, and luckily the reports showed no big issues, just that I was very weak because of the infection before. Doctor told me to eat more healthy food, drink enough water, and avoid junk foods for some time. He also said that stress and carelessness can make recovery slower.

I stayed home, took rest, and slowly started focusing on good habits. I ate fresh fruits, homemade food, and drank clean water. After one week I really felt my energy coming back. It made me realize that our body is like a machine – if we don’t take care of it properly, it will stop working well.

Things I learned from this incident:

  • Don’t ignore even small health problems, because prevention is always better than cure.

  • Sanitation and hygiene are not just words, they are daily practices we must follow.

  • Home-cooked food and clean water are the best medicines for staying healthy.

  • Rest is as important as medicine.

  • Always listen to your body, it gives signals when something is wrong.
